General Terms

1 – Invoicing and proof:
Invoices are sent as soon as the corresponding issue of the review is published, with a copy being sent to any advertiser as proof.

2 - Payment:
By draft within 60 days of the invoice date.

3 – Reservation clause:

• The content of advertising texts, tables, curves, diagrams and other imagery with which these texts might be illustrated and which form an integral part of the advertisement, are published under the sole liability of the advertisers. The review disclaims any liability in the event of loss, deterioration, etc. of any documents, photographs or texts entrusted to it.
• Éditions Orion reserves the right to refuse to accept advertisements which do not reflect the spirit of the review or which might be detrimental to its good standing.
• Any contract may only be terminated after sending three months’ notice by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt.
• Files are kept for 6 months from the last publication, after which they will be destroyed.
• The Commercial Court of the place of invoicing has exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute.
• Without a colour control proof, Éditions Orion cannot be held liable for changes which might be caused by the processing of the advertiser’s file.
